The Raleigh-class is a Kasagi-Fischer Partnership design created in the late 390s for a then growing 'exploratory' market. While it's original designation was 'Safari Ship' or in some cases, 'Yacht'. Recently manufactured ones are proudly labelled as corvettes, and sold off to PDFs looking to stay fiscally sound, mercenaries, and the odd Rich, Bored, Solarian buyer. In the frontier, you're most likely to see a Raleigh serving as the command vessel for a small group of mercenaries.

Introduction
The Raleigh-class is a long produced class manufactured by the Kasagi Fischer Partnership in limited runs every few decades. Every new production run of the vessel brings new specs, and the most recent run has carried the designation of corvette instead of the traditional yacht title. Buyers have of course, shifted from rich people looking for a vessel capable of supporting a vacation, to Planetary Defense Forces unable to afford a proper warship, mercenary groups, and government officials. Particularly fiscal groups have found success in using it as a mobile Command Post, and some aftermarket modifications utilize the flying wing design to mount an assortment of weaponry.
Outstanding Features
- Duel inline thruster packs prevent easy external access to the Raleigh's engines.
- Multiple living spaces allow the crew to relax in between deployments.
- A decently supplied armory has some exotic pieces of kit, including a one shot "Hammer" rocket launcher, and a Eoehoma-40 Hybrid Assault Rifle.
- Comfort-First design means that both the 2ic and Captain have a private living space.
- A lack of dedicated medical space will likely lead to issues in the event of an intense confrontation

Utilize your ship as a command post. Make sure you keep in tight contact with your crew and any other groups on the planet. Tell anyone using the yaoi couch for too long to get a room.

Listen to the officers, hold your gun up high. Make the worst PMC fit you possibly can and wear it. Sit on the yaoi couch for way too long.
